1. Introduction
Welcome to SimForMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimForMe website (simforme.com) and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
2. Description of Service
SimForMe provides a platform for purchasing and managing prepaid eSIM data plans for travel. Our Service allows you to:
- Browse and purchase eSIM data plans for 200+ countries and regions
- Receive eSIM activation QR codes digitally
- Manage your eSIMs, monitor data usage, and top up data
- Access your purchase history and order details
Our eSIM plans are provided through partnerships with wholesale eSIM providers. Network coverage, data speeds, and service quality depend on local carrier infrastructure in your destination.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Purchases and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount specified at checkout. All purchases are subject to payment verification and fraud checks.
Coupon codes, when available, may be applied at checkout subject to their specific terms and conditions.
5. eSIM Activation and Usage
After a successful purchase, you will receive an eSIM QR code via email and in your account dashboard.
Important information about your eSIM:
- Your eSIM must be installed on a compatible device that supports eSIM technology
- The validity period of your eSIM begins from the date of activation (first connection to a local network), not from the date of purchase
- Data allowances, speed, and coverage vary by plan and destination
- Each eSIM QR code can only be installed on one device. Deleting the eSIM from your device will make it unusable
SimForMe is not responsible for device compatibility issues. Please verify that your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
1. Unactivated eSIMs (100% refund): If the eSIM has not been activated (i.e., has never connected to a mobile network), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are no longer available for unactivated eSIMs.
2. Activated eSIMs with technical issues (up to 50% refund): If a technical issue occurs after the eSIM has been activated, a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price may be issued, provided that no more than 50% of the included data has been consumed at the time of the refund request. If more than 50% of the data has been used, no refund will be issued.
3. User-deleted eSIMs (no refund): If you manually delete the eSIM from your device, no refund is available regardless of remaining data or validity.
4. No refund: Refunds are not available in cases of change of mind, trip cancellation, or issues falling under "What we do not guarantee" below.
What we do not guarantee:
SimForMe does not guarantee and is not liable for the following:
- Local network quality, speed, coverage, or intermittent connectivity issues
- Device compatibility, including devices that do not support eSIM or operating system bugs
- Loss of eSIM profile due to device restart, software update, or firmware issues
- User configuration errors, such as failure to enable data roaming or incorrect APN settings
These matters are outside our control and do not qualify as technical issues for the purposes of this refund policy.
5. EU Consumer Rights (14-day withdrawal): Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by agreeing to immediate delivery of digital content at checkout, you acknowledge that you waive this right once the eSIM QR code is provided to you.
Refund Process:
- Contact support@simforme.com with your order number
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Service for:
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Fraudulent transactions or activities
- Reselling eSIMs or data plans without our written authorization
- Attempting to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the Service
- Abusing referral programs, coupon codes, or promotional offers
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Using the eSIM data service for tethering or hotspot sharing beyond what is permitted by the data plan
- Excessive data consumption that disrupts network services for other users
- Using the service in violation of the network provider's acceptable use policies
- Using the eSIM in a country or territory where its use is not authorized
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SimForMe and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our Service without our prior written consent.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
SimForMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Network coverage or data speeds will meet specific expectations
- The Service will be compatible with all devices
eSIM service quality depends on local carrier networks, which are beyond our control. We make no warranties regarding network availability, speed, or coverage in any destination.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, Spain.
For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
For UK consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should stop using the Service.
13. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract (date of purchase).
How to Withdraw: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to support@simforme.com). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Exception for Digital Content: By completing your purchase and agreeing to immediate delivery of digital content (eSIM QR code), you expressly consent to the provision of the digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
